Thank you for shopping at Dorexis. We are committed to delivering your fashion pieces quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Dorexis, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day. Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days for processing.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Summer Sales), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri. Express and Next Day deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

📦 Important International Shipping Notes:
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance may cause delays.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Dorexis is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier strikes.
• If you refuse delivery due to unexpected customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ucem2571@outlook.com with your order number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following destinations due to carrier limitations or local regulations: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, and certain restricted regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

Dorexis does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

6.1 Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe (15 business days for UK, 25 business days for international), please contact us. We will initiate a missing package investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6.2 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6.3 Stolen After Delivery

Dorexis is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmation of delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location or opting for "signed for" delivery where available.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Dorexis is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at ucem2571@outlook.com — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.

8. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery possible. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. There is no additional cost for split shipments.

9. Delivery Confirmation & Signature

For security purposes, some orders (especially high-value orders over £150) may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to collect your package from a local depot or schedule redelivery.
