We accept a wide range of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient:

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (£ GBP). Your payment information is encrypted and secure — we never store your full card details.

🔒 Is it safe to shop on Dorexis? +

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We are PCI-DSS compliant, meaning we follow strict security standards for processing credit card payments. We do not store your full payment details — all payment processing is handled by trusted, certified third-party processors like Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna.

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? +

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at ucem2571@outlook.com within 1 hour of placing the order. After that window, your order may have already entered the packing or shipping process and cannot be changed. If cancellation is not possible, you can return the item once you receive it following our Return Policy (28-day window).

🏷️ Do you offer price adjustments or price matching? +

We occasionally run sales and promotions. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the price difference as store credit. We do not price match with other retailers.

🚚 How long does shipping take within the UK? +

UK delivery times from dispatch (not order date):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days — £3.95 or FREE on orders £50+
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days — £5.95
  • Next Day Delivery: Next business day (order before 1pm) — £7.95

Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is separate from delivery time. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

🌍 Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees? +

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Standard international shipping takes 7-14 business days, while express takes 3-7 business days.

Important information about customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Dorexis is not responsible for delays caused by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

📦 How do I track my order? +

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also:

  • Log into your Dorexis account and view your order history
  • Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, etc.)
  • Contact us at ucem2571@outlook.com if you haven't received tracking within 5 business days

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

💷 What is your free shipping threshold? +

We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £50. For international orders, free shipping thresholds vary by region:

  • Europe: FREE standard shipping on orders over £100
  • USA & Canada: FREE standard shipping on orders over £120
  • Australia & NZ: FREE standard shipping on orders over £150
  • Rest of World: FREE standard shipping on orders over £180
🔄 What is your return policy? +

We want you to love your Dorexis pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 28 days from delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-returnable items: Underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), earrings, gift cards, and final sale items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

⏱️ How long does it take to process a refund? +

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. After approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Total time from return shipment to refund is typically 15-25 days depending on your location and bank processing times.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us at ucem2571@outlook.com.

🏷️ Can I return sale items? +

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular sale items (discounted but not marked final sale) are eligible for return within our standard 28-day window, provided they meet all return conditions. Please check the product page for the "Final Sale" label before purchasing.

🔧 What if I received a faulty or damaged item? +

We're very sorry if you received a faulty item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ucem2571@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return label and offer you a choice of: a full refund, a replacement (if in stock), or store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority.

📏 What sizes do you offer? How do I find my size? +

We offer UK sizes 6-20 for most of our women's clothing collection. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements for that item, including:

  • Bust (chest) circumference
  • Waist circumference
  • Hip circumference
  • Length measurements for dresses, tops, and bottoms

Pro tip: If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for structured items like blazers and dresses. For stretchy fabrics (jersey, knitwear), your usual size should work well.

We believe in quality and transparency. Each product page includes a detailed fabric composition section. Common materials we use include:

👗 Are the colors on the website accurate? +

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to:
