30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your item is delivered. All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.

Eligible Return Condition (Collector Standard)

To be eligible for return or exchange, all collectible models must be:
  • Brand new, unopened, and unused
  • Original factory seals, packaging, and collector box completely intact
  • No self-disassembly, no paint scratch, no box crush caused by buyer
  • All original accessories and packaging included

Non-Returnable Situations (Diecast Collector Special Rule)

The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund, which are widely accepted standards in the US diecast collecting community:
  • Minor factory micro-flaws: tiny paint dots, faint mold lines, slight color difference, minor box printing deviation
  • Normal collector-grade box minor shelf wear
  • Items opened, assembled, modified, or personally damaged after delivery
  • Clearance, limited-edition, exclusive batch collectible models (final sale)

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item Claims

If you receive severely damaged, broken parts, incorrect model, or transit-crushed box that affects collector value, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and outer package. We will verify your case and offer full refund, replacement, or partial compensation at our discretion.
For valid seller-side issues, we cover return shipping costs.

Personal Reason Returns

Returns due to personal preference, size expectation mismatch, or style change are accepted only for completely unopened collector-grade items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Submit a return request via our official email with your order number and item condition proof. 2. Wait for our official return approval and designated return address. 3. Repack the collectible model securely with original protective packaging. 4. Send return tracking number to our team. 5. We inspect the item within 3–5 business days after receipt and process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle.
